*REZ !T* is a small Second Life virtual store I created back in 2008. It's a passion project. I've always cared about my customers and treated them with respect.
★ Most of the products are yes copy / yes modify / no transfer. Scripts inside products are yes copy / no mod / no trans. Appliers are yes copy / no mod / no trans. Gachas are no copy / yes mod / yes trans. Check the description of the products to be sure.
★ Updates of products that you already own are free.
★ Newest products may have a demo version available. Please, try them out before making a purchase.
★ You can ask me (Rezeict Jecies) to show you a product in Second Life.
★ Read all the product’s description before you buy it. The product is guaranteed to have all the features in the description. If something isn’t in the description, then the product doesn’t have it.
★ After buying a product, please read the notecard included in the package. It contains important informations and instructions.
★ Do you need a redelivery of a product? You didn’t receive an updated version of a product? Go to my inworld store and click on the Redelivery Terminal. If that doesn’t work, contact me. Remember to show me the transaction history.
★ Refunds are always available if you have accidentally bought the same product twice.
★ If you bought a product that doesn’t have demo available and you don’t like it and you will not use it, then you can ask for a refund, but please be respectful. Refunds are only available in this case if the product doesn’t have a demo.
★ If you’ve written a defamatory and disrespectful review of the product instead of contacting me first for help, I can issue a refund if the review is deleted or updated.
★ Refunds are not available in the case of a buyer who made a purchase without reading the product’s description first.
